Help Creating Hope International Apply for Federal Relief Loans

Provide health services, food and advice to more than 1 million Afghans, 400 Tibetan Bon in Northern India and health and food providers to the needy in the U.S.

Posted April 3, 2020

CHI is a Michigan-based, 501 c 3 non profit which provides support and assistance to needy people and organizations around the world. Presently, CHI supports the Afghan Institute of Learning (AIL), an Afghan NGO, and the children’s project of the Yungdrung Bon Monastic Centre (YBMC), an NGO in India, with grants and technical assistance, and supports other projects (recently health and refugees) as the needs arise with small grants. The global pandemic and the economic destruction it is causing create major challenges that threaten these programs. We seek assistance applying for loans under the CARES Act, so that we can continue to fund our operations and pursue our work this year. I have spoken with my volunteer attorney and am now waiting for information from my bank, which has a meeting with the govt. or someone at 11 a.m. est.
