Background & Context
We currently have volunteers with our organization sign a volunteer agreement with us indicating what their work and/or project will be included in their volunteer services and what department they are serving with. We would like to have this reviewed to ensure that it is clear and provides important coverage to mitigate liability for Callisto.
Work & Deliverables
- Updated or new volunteer agreement
Preparation Phase
- Schedule a meeting with Supervisor to discuss organization's needs
Collaboration Phase
- Review current volunteer agreement
- Provide feedback on current volunteer agreement
- Develop new volunteer agreement, if recommended
Wrap Up
- Deliver updated or new volunteer agreement
