Work & Deliverables

We need a lawyer to review an existing licensing agreement for cell lines and explain the terms related to commercialization, research use, and distribution. We’re looking for written or verbal guidance on what the contract allows and what restrictions exist, especially in regard to sale, distribution, or sublicensing. Additionally, we are looking for advice on what to ask for in a new agreement based on the desired use cases of these cell lines and what might be possible.
