We need a volunteer attorney to help our nonprofit respond to a workplace discrimination claim filed by a former employee. Specifically, we need legal representation to review documentation, assess the merits of the claim, and draft a Statement of Position due by May 26. Additional support may include representation during administrative proceedings and guidance on best practices to reduce future risk.
