Pro bono immigration attorneys needed for monthly citizenship clinics to provide consultation to legal permanent residents interested in applying for citizenship. Attorneys will provide legal advice to CASA members regarding naturalization, screen applicants with complicated criminal cases and work with trained CASA specialists to write addendums, as necessary. All new attorneys must attend a training session with CASA legal staff prior to or on the day of their service. Admittance to the state bar required. English-speaking, Spanish-speaking, and bilingual attorneys needed. Translators will be provided if necessary.
