Work & Deliverables
We are looking for creative legislative solutions for modernizing the judiciary and reining in its outsized power. In other words, we want to go beyond the bills that are introduced every two years but don't go anywhere (e.g., cameras in the courtroom) and the new bills that don't have a chance to get passed (e.g., court expansion) and see what's possible in the current political climate.
Fix the Court
Fix the Court is a nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) organization that advocates for non-ideological “fixes” that would make the federal courts, and primarily the U.S. Supreme Court, more open and more accountable to the American people.
