Needed: Guardian Ad Litems in Probate Court
Assist children to begin the process to receiving permanent residency!
Posted May 6, 2022

Obtaining a guardianship in probate court is the first step for minors applying for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS). These are generally uncontested guardianships.
After a child's SIJS petition has been approved, they become eligible to apply for permanent residency.
This project only requires that you serve as a Guardian Ad Litem in probate court. If you wish to help with the immigration portion of these types of cases, that can also be arranged!
